This is not another item on your to-do list to 'tick and flick'. We know creating habits takes time, and I'm in it for the long haul if you are. Choose which plan suits you right now, and we can decide, based on your circumstances if weekly or fortnightly sessions will be best. 

'The Bud' Plan

(Assessment + 3 Sessions)

Use to 'dip your toes in' or as a refresher after previously undertaking 6-12 sessions with me, to set some new goals + get a kick-start.

'The Bloom' Plan

(Assessment + 6 Sessions)

You're keen to make some serious changes in your life and are committed to the next 2-4 months of coaching.

Leadership Plus +

(Assessment + 12 sessions)

You're ready to go all in on your leadership and wellbeing journey and are committed to the next 4-6 months of coaching.
