The Practice: Honest Conversations & Performance Done Right
A repeatable framework for any difficult (honest) conversation.
Performance conversations that are clear, kind, and actually work.
How to address behaviours without ruining the relationship (in fact, it might even save the relationship).
Navigating push-back, defensiveness, and tears - without crumbling.
Real-time practice with peer feedback in a safe, confidential environment.

Hi, I'm Julz.
I've spent the better part of two decades in the messy, human, gloriously complicated world of HR + leadership development.
I've sat in those difficult conversations myself, the ones where you're trying to hold the line while also preserving the relationship and not dissolving into a puddle.
I've worked with leaders across industries, government, healthcare, manufacturing, events, professional services, and the patterns are always the same. Smart, capable women who find themselves freezing when it counts, not because they lack the skill, but because no one has ever given them a real framework. We're so busy in the day to day, the role we were initially hired for, (our genius!) and all of a sudden, we have a team of people reporting to us, looking for us for advice, guidance and support.
I built HELLO Leadership because I was tired of seeing brilliant women leave the room having said everything except what they actually meant.
It's the program I wish existed when I was finding my feet as a new leader. The room is filled with women who bring such wisdom and skills from their own industries, ready to dive in, get vulnerable, share, and grow. It's warm, practical and genuinely life-changing and I'm here for all of it.
